We're a one-engineer shop out of Loudoun County building software for the problems nobody else bothered to solve. Finance, scheduling, coaching. If it helps real families get organized and stop guessing, we're building it.
What we're building
Tools that fill gaps, not shelves. Each product starts with a real problem that someone in our family or community actually has.
Your money. Your household. From this week's cash flow to decades down the road. One dashboard that doesn't make you feel like you need a CPA to read it.
- Pulls real numbers from your actual bank and brokerage accounts
- Tells you what your cars really cost you (spoiler: more than you think)
- Knows when your roof, HVAC, and water heater are coming due
- Finds the tax moves you're leaving on the table
- Shows you exactly when you can stop working (or if you can't yet)
- "What if" scenario planning: new car, job change, early retirement, move across state lines
- Covers tomorrow's bills, next week's paycheck, and the retirement you're quietly worried about
What if you just... tried it?
Life doesn't follow a straight line. Neither should your financial plan. Spin up as many "what if" scenarios as you want and see exactly how each one ripples across your financial future.
Retire early?
"What if I quit at 55 instead of 62?" See how your runway changes, what your drawdown looks like, and whether your portfolio actually survives the gap years.
Buy the house?
"What if we move to a bigger place?" Model the new mortgage, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance against your current cash flow. No surprises.
Take the new job?
"What if I switch careers and take a pay cut for two years?" Compare the long-term impact of salary changes, new benefits, and different 401k matches side by side.
Every scenario runs against your real data. No guessing, no made-up numbers. Just your actual accounts projected forward under different assumptions.
Con Brio
The all-in-one studio app that music teachers actually asked for. Every existing tool is either a generic salon booker that doesn't understand makeup lessons, or an overpriced platform that still makes you juggle 3 other apps for practice tracking and parent comms. Con brio means "with spirit" -- and that's how teaching should feel, not the admin around it.
- Makeup credit logic that actually matches your studio policy (expiration windows, late cancellation fees, the works)
- Semester billing, drop-in billing, sibling discounts -- not just "monthly or nothing"
- Practice assignments and tracking built in, not bolted on from a separate app
- Parent portal for billing and updates, student view for assignments and progress
- Recital and group lesson coordination without a spreadsheet
Dugout AI dugout.coach
A development-first coaching tool for baseball and fastpitch softball. Upload game film, drop in stats, or just describe what you saw at practice. Dugout AI watches, learns each player's tendencies, and generates personalized teaching points so every kid gets better, whether they're brand new or chasing a travel ball roster.
- Upload video clips and get AI-generated observations on mechanics, timing, and approach
- "My shortstop keeps double-clutching on the throw. What drills should we run?"
- Individual development plans built from real observations, not cookie-cutter drills
- Fair lineup generation that rotates positions and tracks pitch counts to keep everyone healthy
- Practice plans tailored to what your team actually needs to work on this week
- Talk to it like a buddy in the dugout, not a spreadsheet
A little loco.
A lot of localhost.
We build for people who have better things to do than fight with spreadsheets. Every feature earns its place or gets cut. Ship fast, stay scrappy, keep it local.
No complexity theater
If a feature makes you feel like you're doing "work" to use it, we failed. Interfaces should disappear and let you think about your actual life.
Your data stays yours
Bank credentials never touch our servers. OAuth tokens are encrypted in Firestore with server-side-only access. We can't see your balances even if we wanted to.
Find the gaps, go loco on them
We don't rebuild what Mint or YNAB already do. We find the blind spots other tools ignored: vehicle fleet costs, replacement timing, household tax strategy, and projections from next week to next decade.
